Because we work with supplier-managed fulfillment partners, actual processing and delivery times depend on supplier and carrier availability. The ranges below reflect our verified fulfillment history.

Order Processing

Orders are reviewed and submitted to our fulfillment supplier within 1–3 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Once accepted by the supplier, items are picked, packed, and dispatched. Depending on the supplier and product, the total time from order placement to shipment (order-to-fulfillment) typically ranges from 1–10 business days. During peak periods or due to supplier availability, this window may extend further. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Carrier transit times begin after your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier. These estimates are provided by carriers and suppliers and are not guaranteed:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic – US): Approximately 5–15 business days after fulfillment.
  • Express Shipping (where available): Approximately 3–7 business days after fulfillment. Express options are subject to supplier and carrier availability at the time of your order.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary significantly by destination, customs clearance, and carrier. Customers outside the United States should anticipate 10–30 business days after fulfillment. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

All delivery estimates are subject to supplier processing times, carrier capacity, weather, customs delays, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package. The exact shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter or check our website for current offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or via the carrier's tracking portal. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with the supplier and carrier to investigate and reach a satisfactory resolution for you.
